FAQ

1. I have purchased a block and settlement is very soon, what step do I take next for my build?

Congratulations! First thing you will need to do is book a time to come in to our office and we can show you optional floor plans to suit your block or alternatively custom design a plan for you. A concept plan will be designed once agreed with pricing for your construction loan.

2. Is your drafting outsourced overseas?

No. All our Architects are local and qualified draftsman’s.

3. Can we view your recently finished projects or any homes under construction?

Yes Defiantely. This will have to be organised from a week advance to ask our prevois clients if we can visit there home.

4. How long does it take you to build a home?

      Our contracts dates are as 250 days for single storey dwelling and 350 for single double storey dwellings. However generally we finish way before this time. 

5.Do you have a consistent and reliable trade & supplier base?

We work with the best contractors and suppliers to deliver the best service.

6. Will I have access to the owner and registered builder of the company?

Yes. At all times during business hours.

7. How many homes will be under construction and supervised at any one time?

We are very strict with caping the amount of work we do not to loose our focus.

8. Will I have access to Cabinet maker to discuss and assist with Kitchen and Bathroom cabinetry designs?

Yes definitely. Something we take very serious and double check before we install our cabinets. You will get a full 3D design before we start making the cabinets

9. Will I be allowed to make changes during construction and will there be any additional variation fees?

We do allow on site variations during construction (conditions apply). The cost for any variations is based on the actual cost plus builder’s margin and gst. No additional variation fees are added.

10. Will I be restricted to the builders’ standard range of selections and suppliers or can I choose any items from any suppliers?

We allow owners to choose from outside our preferred suppliers and selections if they wish.

11. Once I enter into the building contract, will there be any change to the price.

We use an HIA Fixed price building contract which guarantees that the price won’t change, subject to any adjustments to Provisional sum or Prime cost items or any variations you wish to make during the construction period.

12. Will we be allowed at the job site?

Yes. We can organising meetings on site only by appointment, we generally do this at Frame Stage and Lock-Up stage and any further if required.
